Arrive and feel good
Up to 5 people can stay with us in the vacation apartment. There are 1 double bed, 2 single beds and an additional comfortable sofa bed at your disposal.

Included in the price: Bed linens and towels (change after 1 week), visitor’s tax, WLAN, TV, electricity, heating, water, coffee / tea / spices, car parking spot.

For children under 14 years
Our apartment can be rented up to a maximum of 3 months. No furniture and own inventory can be stored temporarily or taken away. Price on request. We look forward to your request and are pleased to provide you with an offer.
Final cleaning is charged per stay. The price includes the final cleaning of the premises including textile cleaning of the apartment linen. The apartment is left broom-clean and in a tidy condition by the renters. If desired, an intermediate cleaning can be done for an extra charge.
incl. sauna towel / lounge area/ toilet / shower, the sauna is within walking distance (100 meters from the house), bookable daily from 12 a.m. to 10 p.m. by prior arrangement.

General information
– Arrival possible between 5 and 7 pm – or by arrangement
– Departure until 10 am at the latest
Please note that we have a minimum booking of two nights (high season 3 – 5 nights).
For bookings of at least seven nights we offer 10 percent discount and for bookings of at least 31 days 15 percent discount on the daily price. Long-term rentals on request.
Rental conditions
A reservation is finalised when 50% of the cost is received in advance. The payment must be received at least 30 days before date of arrival. With your reservation, you declare yourself in agreement with the cancelation policy. The remaining amount must be paid at least 10 days before arrival or paid in cash upon arrival. Long-term rentals require a damage and security deposit. Please enquire for more information.

Cancellation conditions
Upon cancellation, the following calculation key is in effect
• Cancellations that take place up to 30 calendar days (for long-term bookings from 1 month stay: up to 60 days) prior the reservation is in effect, are completely refunded.
• Cancellations that take place 29 to 10 calendar days (for long-term bookings 59 to 30 calendar days) prior the reservation is in effect, 50% of the reservation cost with be billed.
• Cancellations that take place 9 calendar days up to the day (for long-term bookings 29 to 1 day) of arrival, 100% of the reservation cost will be billed.
• In the situation of a delayed arrival or an early departure, the complete days that have been reserved will be billed.
Our rules
The “Haus zur Rose” provides a smoke free environment. On the patio an ashtray is provided.!
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and celebratory events are not welcomed. Neighbourhood quite times must be respected.
The apartment is not rented to groups of people under 18 years.
